Protecting constitutional rights and providing effective legal
representation in writ and administrative matters.

Constitutional & Administrative Law (Writ)

Writ and judicial review are the core of our practice. If a government authority has acted unlawfully or violated your rights, we represent you before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh to secure a proper remedy under the Constitution and the law.

We have handled approximately 3,000 writ matters and around 500 commercial and public-law matters.

Common cases include:
– Challenges to government and administrative orders
– Government service and disciplinary matters, including suspension, dismissal, promotion and appointment
– Violations of fundamental and legal rights
– Government licences, permissions and regulatory decisions
– Cancellation or suspension of business licences
– Loan, bill and payment disputes involving public authorities
– Disputes between private parties and government or public-sector bodies
– Any other unlawful exercise of public power
